The Parents Council is a great asset to the school. The role of the Council is to help maintain a link by between the school and parents by having parent representatives on the Council. The Council organise many events for the school and outings for ths students through its term. The function of the Council is (i) to promote the interests of the pupils in cooperation with school authorities (ii) also to advise the Board and Principal on school matters and (iii) to adopt a programme of activities to promote parental involvement. The Parents Council term is three years and in that time they meet over twenty times.
